About Sana

Sana is an artist, educator and holistic art therapy practitioner who helps children, teens and adults reconnect with their inner world through expressive art-making. Her warm and intuitive approach blends creativity, neuroscience and mindfulness to make emotional healing gentle and accessible.
She believes that every person carries creativity within them, and that art can become a powerful tool for self-understanding, confidence and wellbeing.
What is HICAT?
HICAT (Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy) is a gentle, evidence-informed therapeutic approach that supports emotional and mental wellbeing through creative expression. Instead of relying only on spoken words, HICAT uses art as a pathway to access feelings, memories and insights that may be difficult to express verbally. Through colours, textures and symbolic imagery, individuals can connect with their inner world in a safe and nurturing way. This process encourages emotional release, clarity and self-understanding without pressure or judgment.
